I'm Bernardo Martinez Jr., Founder and CEO of Agency Federal Services L.L.C. With over 15 years of experience in emergency logistics, federal level transport, and aviation security, I built this company with one clear mission: to construct what matters fast, safely, and without excuses.

I was a Senior Project Manager and Supervisor under Avni Global Equities, overseeing daily, hands-on operations for construction and property management projects across Connecticut and Westchester County, New York. I also held leadership roles with Bethel Contractors among other companies, where I managed multi-phase residential and commercial builds. In addition, I lead Agency Federal Services, Agency Property Management, and Agency Construction seasoned firms specializing in licensed construction, facility support, and risk assessment services.

We provide OSHA-certified Project Managers, Site Safety Managers, and other qualified personnel for projects of all sizes including support for other contract companies such as Red and Blue Construction, and larger firms like Skanska, Walsh, and their subcontractors. Between my father and me, we hold every major OSHA and Fire Safety Director certification available, ensuring our sites meet the highest standards of compliance and safety from day one.

With a strong background in federal security and infrastructure oversight, I stay directly involved in every phase of a project from planning and permitting to contractor coordination and on-site supervision. I take pride in delivering compliant, high-quality work that meets state standards and exceeds client expectations. Whether it's residential or commercial, I lead with integrity, precision, and a results driven mindset that puts quality first.

Bernardo began his aviation career at Swissport, JFK International Airport, where he rapidly rose to manage ground handling, secure tarmac operations, and international cargo logistics.
He later became a Lead Security Coordinator at JFK, overseeing:
Credentialed terminal access
Secure dispatch operations
Aircraft inspections, including sensitive aircraft compartments, cargo holds, and catering access points
Coordination with FAA, TSA, DHS, and Port Authority to maintain strict federal compliance
His expertise earned him the designation of Federal Emergency Response Official (FERO) under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he collaborated with Federal Air Marshals, conducted aviation catering security inspections, and supported emergency response planning across multiple U.S. airports.
As a CDL-A Crew Lead with Garda World Cash Services / Garda World Federal Services, Bernardo conducted armored transport of federal assets to locations such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and West Point Mint, while also supporting logistics at JFK, LaGuardia, and Stewart Airports.
He served as a Ground Security Coordinator and Load Master for Frontier Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, and Amazon Cargo, managing airside security, cargo weight balancing, and time-sensitive logistics in FAA-regulated environments.

Bernardo’s leadership also extended into academia, where he served as Security Manager, Assistant Dean, and Acting Director of Security at EF / Hult International Business School, developing and executing emergency planning, safety protocol, and student security operations.
In the private sector, he served as a Senior Project Manager and Supervisor at Avni Global Equities, under Anthony Palma, where he handled the registration and oversight of residential, commercial, and luxury assets for corporate clients.
Earlier in his career, Bernardo worked with the late Maria Malave, Esq., at Maria Malave and Associates, serving as both a Paralegal and District Managing Director. His work involved legal administration, client coordination, and case preparation, with regular presence in New York City’s Supreme Court, Landlord Tenant Court, and Criminal Court, where he collaborated with judges, attorneys, and other legal professionals.

Bernardo’s industry influence began during his tenure with Stamford Hyundai and the Danbury Auto Group (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram), where his consumer feedback and vision played a role in shaping Hyundai’s three-row Santa Fe—encouraging a Fox Body-inspired American SUV. He also coined the name “Palisade,” inspired by the Palisades Parkway near his part-time residence in Highland Falls, adjacent to the West Point military community.
His early input in Hyundai concept surveys contributed to the formation of Genesis, Hyundai’s luxury division, designed around values of faith, prestige, and performance—values Bernardo strongly aligns with.
A recognized trendsetter, Bernardo made an impact in the automotive color scene when he debuted Audi’s iconic Nardo Grey on a custom Alfa Romeo in Times Square in 2019. Having used the tone in online design communities like SAMP (San Andreas Multiplayer) as far back as 2012, his visual influence preceded its commercial rollout by Audi (named after the Nardò Ring). Bernardo also owned the same Audi R8 model featured in the Iron Man franchise, reflecting his link to cinematic automotive style and innovation.
He is also a passionate BMW motorcycle enthusiast and collector, currently owning a BMW R 1250 GS and a BMW F 850 GS. His love for off-road and long-distance adventure riding mirrors his entrepreneurial spirit: bold, determined, and always forging his own path.
